With over 20 years in government, corporates, not-for-profits and universities in Australia and internationally, including over 12 years in government and 15 years as a lawyer in large corporates and large law firms, I can apply my seasoned skills and expertise to support you to bring fresh perspectives that add value to your work.

I am a seasoned corporate lawyer who also has over 12 years leadership experience in Victorian Government focused on governance, strategy, risk, procurement and large scale regulatory and transformational change.
I bring a unique skill set that can provide strategic guidance and impactful solutions. Using sound judgement, I respond and resolve complex issues and understand the importance of effective and collaborative relationships to the achievement of objectives.

As a seasoned leader with specialist knowledge, I have spent my career facilitating sessions to ensure engagement with important subject matters that need to be understood and adopted.

Boards and Committees
A seasoned board professional, with expertise in governance, board and committee decision making, legal affairs, risk, assurance, project development, planning and government relations. Drawing on my experience as Chair and non-executive member across various boards and committees, I have successfully led the formulation of strategic direction, established robust governance frameworks and overseen financial stability.
My approach is characterised by a strategic and inquisitive mindset, coupled with a commitment to fostering constructive discussions. I excel at effectively communicating with board members and management to ensure that critical strategic matters are adequately addressed.
I have corporate and university sector experience as well as over 12 years leadership experience in overseeing risk, internal audit, compliance, legal and governance. As a skilled lawyer, I hold a current Legal Practicing Certificate, a Master of Laws, a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), a Bachelor of Arts. I am also a graduate and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
